General Info

Jean provides individual nutrition counseling to improve eating and exercise habits. At your initial appointment Jean will ask you all about your medical history, and your eating and exercise habits. Once there is a thorough understanding of all the factors that affect your food choices and decisions about exercise, then with your help Jean can develop an eating and exercise plan that will work for you. During follow up appointments, questions will be answered, the plan may be improved, and support is offered. Every client of Jean's has a different plan to suit their particular lifestyle and factors that make it challenging to eat healthy. Most insurances will pay for nutrition counseling.
