Why are packages not delivered from USP in Yarmouth, MA

BEWARE...The other bad reviews are not isolated incidents. I was home and NOBODY was here to deliver my package and it never showed up. Truck driver said it was left at the front door. LIAR!!!!! Just like the other Cape Cod reviews. I will avoid Yarmouth UPS at all costs. Request another delivery service. It will be cheaper in the end.

Called and actually spoke to a person who could only tell me to call the shipper of my package even though UPS said it was delivered today and it was not. Really??? The same driver delivers to my house and has for over a year; I am sure he might remember if he delivered the package or not.. Poor form UPS, really poor service.

It would be nice to get a human being on the telephone rather than a computer.

Terrible service. State attempted to deliver no one home twice when we were home. I don't have any other issues with different courier services other than UPS. And it's a repeated issue. The Yarmouth location does not appear to be attentive nor professional in there approach to the customers. If I had names I'd put them in this email. Suffice it to say customer service is nonexistent here. Place your business elsewhere.

Too bad there is no way to talk to anyone who may actually be nearby and know what happened to my package that was NOT delivered in spite of the text message saying it was...

The staff I super sweet and helpful, I needed to grab a package that was being delivered to my house later on in the day and when I went into the store they informed me that it was already on the truck, they then contacted the driver and the driver met me package in hand. They really helped me out that day

the staff seems to pick the hours the lobby doors are locked. Many times I have gone to drop off boxes at mid day and they are closed until ???? Come back later. They do not operate on a 9-5 schedule. Closed for several hours everyday during a normal lunchtime. You can see them inside, but they won't see you.
