        This UPS location is sending out daily lies on the status of packages. In 10 days, I’ve received 3 false claims of Emergency weather delays and 5 emails stating my package is out for delivery. But, it never shows up. This location is playing some type of game. This is My property. UPS should make this stop.

        I HAVE AN URGENT PACKAGE CONTAINING OVER $200 WORTH OF MEDICATIONS I NEED AND I CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE- IT IS ALL AUTOMATED. NO ONE CAN HELP ME. WEST YARMOUTH IS BACKED UP AND I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS BEING DONE TO DELIVER URGENT PACKAGES.
