Horrible experience. I would not recommend this place at all. ZERO STARS. The owner "Rich" would not give me a time frame of when my auto would be ready after it was towed there on a Tuesday. On Wednesday, when I called for information he told me "don't call and don't show up here...." HUH?? I had no plans on showing up, I simply wanted some idea on when to expect my car. On Thursday I called him at 1:00 and got the same "don't call..." by 3:00 I asked someone to call on my behalf and they were told the car was ready and that in fact I had just been called and a message had been left for me.........(this did not happen) and if at 3:00 my car was done, why not tell me at 1:00 to expect it by the end of the day. I went to get it during the hours on the answering machine and it was closed. I had to go back the next morning, and again take time out of work. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
