        While on the road, we needed a machine shop for a relatively small but important job. We went to H & S Machine. The gentleman quoted me a reasonable price, and went to work immediately. It was a pleasure to watch a pro at work. There was no waste of time, no hesitation or delay. The workmanship was perfect. I offered him more money than the estimate, since he spent more time than he originally thought. He refused the extra money from me. I was very happy with his efficiency, workmanship and integrity. I call this excellence.
