Hello, was looking for used vehicle so I stopped in to look at the selection of cars they had for sale, Jeep Cherokee caught my eye. Asked if the it was in good mechanical shape was told they go over each vehicle in great detail, so we go on first test drive, asked if we could try out 4wd the mechanic with me said he wasn't sure how to safely try it out, was ok guess I will read up on it and try it another day, so after the test drive asked if we could look under the hood, first thing I noticed was a smell of burning oil, he was like they should of fixed that, then I looked down to see the belt in poor shape, he was will fix chat as well, so took 3 days go back start the test drive went to parking lot near the shop shifted the Jeep in to full time awd and it started making very bad noises, was like hmm, he was guess they didn't check to see if the 4wd was working, was so upset had my elderly mother with so I could drive the vehicle home, wasted my time dealing with this shop.

WORST PLACE EVER

This is a place for terrible customer service, rude employees and mediocre jobs. The employees cuss at customers and are incredibly rude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

good service and honest dealings and price. I checked with 2 other auto repair places that wanted to charge me almost double what bill and randy's did. Thanks guys

Great Service!

I had my "service engine soon" light on for awhile, and after going to a few other auto shops, they either told me they didn't know what was wrong or that it would cost lots of money to fix. One auto shop told me that it was fixed and that I should bring it back in if the light came back on. When the light came back on and I brought it back there, they told me that I should go to a dealership. So, they just screwed me over and I ended up paying that shop hundreds of dollars for service that's apparently not guaranteed. I finally went to Bill and Randy's, and after first looking for a used part (to save me money), they fixed my valve and that "service engine soon" light is finally gone. They fixed it for such a lower price, too. They were all very nice and professional to me, and always treated me with respect. I'm recommending them to anyone that has issues with their car, and I'll keep going to them with my car.

best place in town

These guys are awesome. I was referred to them by my father-in-law who's been using them for years. I went to them for a couple of O2 sensors....Checker wanted $350 for the two O2 sensors for my toyota. I took the problem to Bill and Randy's, and for the parts and service it was $250. This is only what got me hooked. I've been going back to them ever since. It is apparent that they are intent on keeping customers by their great customer service. USE Bill and Randy's. You'll see what I mean.
