The best car buying experience ever!!!!! I wasnt even looking to buy a car today, I was just a tag a long for my friend. Needless to say we both left very happy and in brand new cars. The sales person we had was awesome, he took great care of both of us without making it seem hard or complicated. We both got a great deal that fit in our budget. Everyone needs to go to Greg May Chevrolet in West for all their car needs, I know I sure am!!!!

Excellent Customer Service, especially with the Sales Staff.



I had to take my car in for service and wandered over to the cars they had and found one I liked. A Salesperson came over and helped me out. We went to his office and he explained my financial options ( credit issues ), and we test drove the car I liked.



Needless to say, I have a new car in my driveway and a payment plan that I can afford.



The Service Department, Sales Staff and everyone there were courtesy, professional and straight-up nice; especially my Salesperson who patiently took the time with me answering all of my questions and getting me the best deal possible !

I needed a truck and was surprised when I went there and found a huge inventory of trucks, cars and suvs !



I had a Salesperson that was great ! He took me to his office and explained to my options after I shared with him my concerns about my 'bruised credit' !



He gave me my financial options and then we went and checked out the inventory. I went on test drives and actually fell in love with one right off the bat.



Needless to say I now have a Silverado and a payment plan that I can live with.



Is that lot worth the drive...excellent sales, excellent customer service...definitely!

Mack in the service department always remembers my name. All of the service department employees are very helpful everytime i am there. The ladies in the office are very nice and polite.

Their service department is the best in Central Texas. Their Customer Service Rep, Mary H. does an excellent job in and around the community. They have a friendly sales staff and great attitudes. Keep it up!
