APEX Global Logistics was founded in 1999 after GeoLogistics made a strategic decision to discontinue offering USA Domestic services and focus primarily on International Freight Forwarding and Logistics activities. As a result of this monumental change, the Sacramento Branch of GeoLogistics was targeted for closure. Staffed with an experienced and talented group of dedicated employees and with the support of an industry diverse customer base, APEX Global Logistics was created as a logical alternative to the pending break-up of a team that had been together and productive for many years. In a seamless and transparent move to our existing customers, APEX Global Logistics signed an exclusive contract with GeoLogistics to continue offering complete International Logistics services using the GeoLogistics brand name. To fill the void created when GeoLogistics discontinued its offering of USA Domestic service, APEX Global Logistics inked another exclusive contract with Technical Transportation Inc. of Southlake, Texas. With the agreement in place with Technical Transportation, APEX's customers, without service interruption, could continue to use the former company owned office of GeoLogistics as a one-stop solution for all their Domestic and International Freight Forwarding needs. APEX Global Logistics and its employees are committed to providing superior, innovative and cost-effective Transportation and Logistics solutions for its clients.
