Safebound Moving & Storage

I hardly write reviews but this company was deserving of one based on the masterful display of customer service and attention to detail while moving my most valuable things across states. My things were in good hands from the start because everything they transported was adequately secured with bubble wrap, cardboard and blankets. A combination of all these materials were covering my furniture and other important items. Thank you again!

Safebound Logistics was excellent! The guys that they sent were extremely professional, fast and strong. I ended up paying less than my estimate just because of how quickly these guys worked. I am super happy with the experience and will recommend Safebound Logistics to my friends.

We used Safebound Logistics for two moves and they were great for both of them. They showed up on time. They worked quickly, but carefully. The movers were really friendly and funny. The price was much less than I could find anywhere else.

These guys were awesome. They were super responsive on the phone, they showed up when they said they would, they completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, and the cost was not astronomical. As far as moving companies go they were definitely the best experience I have had.

The two guys that they sent to move all my stuff were really nice and they worked hard. They were careful not to damage anything and they even arranged my furniture for me. They really did an excellent job.

If you need some stuff moved, I can't recommend these guys enough. They are great!

Great experience! The crew was extremely professional and are highly skilled at getting big furniture out of tight spaces. Only moving company we ever had that didn't scuff up the walls. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

We were referred to Safebound by our realtor. Our moving crew was fantastic! Called ahead to let us know when they would arrive and showed up right on time! They immediately asked what was going and got right to work. They were responsive to any request, quick to adapt to any changes we made, and were wonderful to work with! Safebound Logistics was a life saver. I just went through one of the worst experiences of my life with a different moving company (not out of personal choice), and this has made me reflect on how awesome SB was. Great customer service and actually ended up paying a lower rate because they did the job faster than they quoted us for.

No one likes to move! It is a lot of hard work, but with Safebound Logistics, the move was so much easier. Their movers came on time and ready. They didn't need much direction. Also, this is the first time I've moved wherein I did not lose or have anything break during the move. They were efficient and careful. Thanks again guys!

SB did a great job moving a piano for us! They were courteous to call ahead of time to give a more specific time of arrival, and were careful moving the piano out of one house and into another. I would recommend SB to anyone who's reluctant to hire someone to handle their precious belongings.

Moving is never easy but SB team guided us every step of the way. Their office personnel were friendly and courteous and offered solutions to our unique challenges. The moving team was professional, quick and worked safely. We hope we won't need moving assistance again soon, however, if we do, SB will be the 1st call we make.
