Lakeview Florist

Gorgeous flowers only to be delivered WREAKING OF SMOKE!!!!!! As they sat at my desk the stench of second hand smoke was getting worse. So I thought I would give the florist a call to politely let them know their driver was delivering flowers full of smoke. As I spoke to the women, Barbara, on the phone (not once asking for new flowers) she started screaming at me telling me I should wait it out! I'm sorry...what? I told her I only wanted her to know so someone else didn't have the same problem I did. She asked if I was going to stop lecturing her and then yelled there was nothing she could do at the time. I'd have to call in the morning if I wanted new flowers. She never got my point that I was not asking for new flowers because she was such a troll!



Despite my gorgeous smokey flowers I will never shop and suggest no one else to do so because of such rude customer service! Yes the smell of smoke went away in the morning but I will never forget the way I was treated!

Being from out of state, I arranged for Lakeview to deliver flowers by a certain time for my parents 60th wedding anniversary dinner. They not only missed the time, they were unbelievably rude and nasty when I tried to address the situation. Hanging up the phone numerous times and refusing to remove the charge is no way to do business. The flowers never made it there.
