Dr. Miller and his Team have taken great care of my greyhound Stella for the last 4 years. Through surgery and the general yearly health services needed for Stella, I've been able to count on Dr. Miller's practice for great care, honesty and fair pricing. Thank You.

Dr. Miller : KILLED MY CAT! TOTAL NEGLIGENCE I WILL NEVER get over it. Keep playing it back in my head , trying to save my cat's life....no second chances here.
Bella was a fearful rescue from the street. Because of her fear, she had to be handled gently. Four times Dr. Miller helped her a lot. He only killed her once.
On the day I brought Bella to him, I wanted him to take a look at her eyes, because she was having a little trouble seeing, but was still playing and getting around just fine. In order to examine her, he would always have to sedate her quickly because of her fear.
She ate at midnight the night before, and then I took her food from her. At 8:30 AM we brought her to him. We had to wait over an hour. I reminded him that Bella had asthma, and sometimes gagged. Milk helped her..I told him that she had an asthma attack from fear 6 months earlier when I tried to pick her up, and she had to be rushed to the emergency room and receive an injection to revive her. I gave Dr. Miller the x-rays from that visit, and also a little jar of milk for Bella, in case she started to gag.. He said he didn't need it, as he "had his own stuff".
He said to leave Bella with him, and to call at2:30 PM. So I called him around 2:30PM, and was told he was just about to get to Bella , and I could come get her in 45 minutes. I got ready to go get her, and the phone rang. . He said, "I just looked at your cat's eyes and there's something really bad going on in there. Maybe cancer or something systemic. I took some pictures of her eyes." Alarmed, I asked him why he did that and if he had sedated her first, knowing how scared she was.. He said no because she was so still, it wasn't necessary! I asked him what I should do, and he said "you don't have to do anything because she just fell over and died." No apology. No softening the blow. Almost disinterested. I was hysterical, he just tried to protect himself. We picked up her ashes and they charged us!

Took my Chihuahua to Dr. Miller's office for neutering and vaccines. Dr. Miller and his staff are professional and caring. Prices are fair. I will keep him as my dog's vet. God bless Dr. Miller and his staff.

I had my dog operated on by Dr Miller. The stitches came apart during her recovery. I called and the receptionist acted like it wasn't a problem. It got worst during Thanksgiving weekend which his office was closed. So I took my dog to my old vet I left to save some money. The cleaning and re-stitching cost me another $250. When I explained the situation to Dr Miller he said he would help me with the cost of the second operation. Later he denied to do so and wouldn't discuss it with me. Further, it is inevitable that you are always put on hold when you call, I've witnessed several times the receptionist talking with friends and putting people on hold while she is in petty conversation, office not professional and a unreliable vet, I've learned you get what you pay for. Don't learn the hard way and put your pet through shoddy care.

I started taking my dog to Dr. Miller a few years ago after my sister highly recommended him. Dr. Miller is awesome. He is a very caring, knowledgeable, skilled vet. His prices are more than fair. His staff are very caring, nice people. He knows my dog by name and always makes a big fuss over her whenever I bring her in. He is like that with all of his patients. He really cares about the animals. She had a very serious auto immune issue a couple of years ago. We could have lost her but Dr. Miller saved her life. She is just fine now. If we have an issue I can call and they always fit us into their schedule and I know she is getting the very best care. Dr. Miller and his staff are WONDERFUL! :)

He is amazing!!!!! I initially took my dog to palm beach vet specialist on forest hill and they first misdiagnosed my dog then i came back the next day and they said they needed to take more xrays and needed more money to do so, meanwhile i spent 500 the previous day for them to misdiagnose my dog. On the second time around they said they think they found something and would need to do surgery, so they drew up a price and it was 4500$ which i cant afford. And they gave me no hope and was also very rude the entire time[ I also asked the vet for advice and he said i dont ever have to worry about finnaces for anything so i cant help you.] . I called around to friends and they recommend Dr. miller because he cares and is reasonably priced. He got me in the very next day for surgery , and only for 800$ including medicine. I cant express enough how much he acutally cares!

A great vet

As another reviewer noted already, Dr. Miller stands out with his FAIR pricing and let's-wait-and-see attitude. That is no small thing in today's highly polished, highly over-priced veterinary clinics. There is no pushing you to get this lab and that expensive test done. What a relief! He has treated and seen many of my pets over the years (I do some rescue work and bring a lot of cats and dogs in) and has always been trustworthy and highly competent. The staff is great as well, but it's clear that your money is not being wasted on brand new countertops and multiple receptionists. It's not fancy- it's good, quality, trustworthy care.

I have been bringing my pets t...

I have been bringing my pets to Animal Medical Clinic since 1987. Dr. Miller is an excellent vet and has reasonable pricing; he does not pad bills with unnecessary labs and diagnostics. Also, he is not inflammatory when discussing your pets needs. He is more than willing to "wait and see" and doesn't make you come back for billable appointment after appointment. For instance, my mother's cat heart rate was elevated and she has lost a little weight, he did initial lab work to check her thyroid which was normal; he had us come back (without charge) just to keep track of her weight. Although his building may not be new and fancy, he has everything needed to do an excellent job! His staff is friendly and helpful.
