My anxiety over the last two days knowing I had to have a root canal was completely wasted. The minute I walked into Dr. Albert's office, I felt at ease. From the moment that Carrie took me into the X-ray room to the moment that I shook hands with Dr. Albert when I left and he gave me his cell phone number, every minute at the office was a wonderful experience. I can actually say that the root canal procedure was quite relaxing and fun listening and giggling at the banter between Dr. Albert and Carrie. Highly, highly, highly recommend Dr. Albert and his staff.

Caring, compassionate and extremely professional. Those are just a few words to describe Dr. Jeffrey Albert.

When I entered his office, I had an infected tooth and the entire left side of my face was incredibly swollen from the infection. I never had a root canal before, so I was petrified about the procedure and I was terrified that the infection would spread. I was near tears.

Dr. Albert’s calm and reassuring demeanor put me at ease right away.

I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedure. Dr. Albert talked to me while he was working and told me what he was doing every step of the way. That was also very reassuring to me, because I knew exactly what was happening. It was over so quickly – and no pain!

Afterward, he spent a lot of time with me explaining my x-rays and telling me exactly how I needed to take the antibiotic and pain medication. He gave me his cell phone number and said he would be available to me 24-7 in case anything changed for the worse in terms of swelling and infection. He called me that night to see how I was doing and the next morning.

I had two more consults so he could check the swelling before he finished the second half of the root canal three weeks later. Dr. Albert again called me that night to ask how I was doing.

I can’t express how grateful I am to Dr. Albert. He is not only extremely knowledgeable and the ultimate professional in his field, but he truly cares about his patients. I wish there were more health-care professionals like Dr. Albert.

When I learned I needed a root canal, you can imagine what went through my mind given the stigma of such a procedure. I can truly say that after my experience with Dr. Jeffery Albert, my root canal was the easiest thing I did that day.



I was referred to Dr. Albert by my general dentist. My case was special because of the length of my tooth and the shape of the canal – it needed a serious pro. Of course I was apprehensive and nervous. My fears were immediately put to rest once I entered his clean and professional office complemented by his courteous staff. During my root canal, which took longer than usual given my case, Dr. Albert talked me through it the entire time so I knew what was happening and what to expect. The discomfort I felt was nearly nonexistent and before you know it, it was done.



I couldn’t believe how seamless the procedure was. I thought afterwards – what’s the big deal with getting a root canal? I was then pleasantly surprised to receive a message from Dr. Albert a week later making sure I was feeling okay and how did getting my crown go. In this day and age, getting professional, courteous service that is genuine is indeed a breath of fresh air. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Albert to anyone, without question.

When I went to my dentist recently, he said I needed a root canal under a crown. He referred me to Dr. Jeffrey Albert. I had a lot of anxiety the morning I went and expected to miss work for a day or two. To my amazement Dr.Albert performed the procedure with no pain. In fact, I was so relaxed I feel asleep briefly. He spent time afterward to explain what he had done and how he used the 3D x-rays to pinpoint the problem. I was most impressed with his professional demeanor and the kindness he displayed to me and his staff.. He even called me that night to check on my progress. Thank you Dr. Albert

Let me first say that I have 2 small kids and own a small business so it takes an overwhelmingly incredible experience for me to take time out of my schedule to write a review. In fact, I've never done it until now.



My experience with Dr Albert was nothing short of amazing! I have never had such a good experience with any procedure or service I have paid for in my life. The time he spent explaining the procedure, to really doing a phenomenal job, and finally to the thoughtful follow up after everything was done was wonderful. In a world where so few really care and are only out for the quick buck, Dr Albert renewed my faith in people.



I wish there was more that I could do to show my appreciation, but hopefully this review will show it in some small way. Thanks again Doc... You're the best!

Dr. Albert and staff are true professionals. His care for the patient and his or her's needs are unheard of. He really does care for a non painful expierence for root canal work. His care of the patient is unending from the time you walk in till your dental work is complete. He follows up personally with phone calls. And also makes sure your insurance company lives up to the payment they should pay. When that did not happen for me. He took his valuable time to follow up with a letter to them to ensure payment. Not just leaving it to his office.. I would recomend him or his anyone in his office to take care of me or anyone needing this type of service. I give Dr. Albert 10 stars out of 10. And would recommend him to anyone including and especiaaly my family..... Thank you so much Dr. Jeffrey Albert.

I visited Dr. Albert in NYC and could not have a higher opinion of his skills and professionalism. His attention to detail and client comfort are tremendous. He explained his diagnosis and the procedure very clearly. His work was outstanding and he gave me very clear and helpful instructions for post procedure care.
