Banyan Property Management Inc

Christine started the procedures and now we and Banyan Property Management Company are making money that we both would not have if she had not started the program. There are many other things I could go into , but I think you know from the above that I am satisfied with Banyan and would not anyone but Christine as our Property.

Banyan has made the duties of our association much simpler. We have been far more efficient and organized. The budget is starting to loosen up and they really have done a great job. Thanks so much.

I am on the Joggers Run Board of Directors and I deal with Banyan Property Management. every day. Most of the time with our Property Manger, Christine Blundon. She is very knowledgeable worker and has never not answered my question or taken care of a problem I submitted to her.

Banyan is able to complete management work for me that I do not even know how to complete. They are excellent and go above and beyond. They have been able to turn my building around for the better and I am forever thankful for their services.

Our community is in the process of a major overhaul including painting,landscaping,and other improvements. Banyan truly wants to see our community flourish.

Banyan Property Management has provided exceptional service to the Board of Directors, Especially helpful after the hurricane regarding repairs and cleanup.

I am a part of the Villa Palms community and I must say that Banyan has provided great service. The only one area I would recommend slight improvement on is the response time to emails and phone calls. It takes them a few days to get back to me, but I am happy that they always make the effort to get back to me at all!

Chris is a fantastic property manager who puts her heart and soul into managing my homeowners association. She ensures that my HOA has the right vendors and that the community looks great. I would highly recommend Banyan Property Management Inc. to associations!

This is a great management company. They have been in charge of our HOA for quite some time now and are always helpful and easy to deal with.

I was having a problem with a neighbor and Lisa went out of her way to help provide helpful solutions. As a real estate agent selling homes in many different communities in the West Palm Beach area I have never heard a negative comment about Banyan from a board member.

I have dealt with Banyan for years. Their employees are disrespectful and the higher ups accept no responsibility for their employees. Christine has been disrespectful to law enforcement, EMS, title companies, real estate agents, and residents and yet she continues to have a job.



I suggest more people start getting involved with getting rid of property mangaement companies that do not have your safety, health, our property as their first concern.
