Do not go to and avoid this dealer. Do not have cars they advertise even though they will send you a confirmation email stating the car is available for you to come and look at. Even tried to speak to a manager and he was not willing to speak with me and i was asked to leave the dealership.. This is after driving over 30 minutes to them to see the car they said and confirmed they had available. Very dishonest, bait and switch, and a very weak manager that just hides in his office. Please save your time and go elsewhere. Much better deals, cars, and people to work with at other car dealerships. And one star is actually to many for this one.

Excellent customer service, seamless process

My husband and I just leased our 2nd Optima Kia. John and Tony were the best! They took their time, explaining our options with no pressure. My husband actually liked John and Tony!!! John Monahan was so friendly and patient and would answer any questions we had. It was the easiest and fastest that I've ever had with a car dealer. Usually my husband walks out and goes to the next guy till he's satisfied. But this was a one stop easy service. Got a good guy with the right deal. Thank you John! Also, John gave a detailed, thorough explanation of the car! I love this car! It's so comfortable and roomy too.

I have been a customer of Kia of West Nyack since 2014. My Sorento was due for an oil change but I was also nearing the end of my present lease. After dropping my car off in Service, I visited the Sales Department. Michael Thomas did everything possible to get me the deal I was looking for. Tony DeNivo, the Sales Manager, then sealed the deal. I came in for an oil change and left with a 2017 Sorento. I also want to give a shout out to Juan and Krystal in Service and Alfredo who handled the financial end of the deal.
