JCL Automotive Mobile Service

DO NOT USE JCL TO SERVICE YOUR CAR. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR LOWER PRICES. Their dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and inability to follow auto repair best practices will only cost you more to fix what they do wrong in the long run. They caused over $4,000 worth of damage to my car. I used JCL to do a pre-purchase check on a car I was interested in buying. They gave me a very cheap quote to service my brakes, exhaust cover, and AC—almost too cheap. After servicing my car, they ruined my entire AC system (which would cost $3,500 to fix) by adding a canned AC sealant. They also burned a hole through my CV boot. Due to this damage, I later had to replace the entire axle which cost me another $300. I purchased a specialty AC tube through them, and almost lost $100 on the part—simply because they would not give it to me when I switched mechanics. They only gave me the part after I followed up with them every day for another week. I am surprised they are still in business.

JCL will be my first call for all my car maintenance. He was fast professional and was able to identify the problem with my car that others had missed. Best of all he came to me! Knowing I would need my car to get to work he came out on a weekend and fixed my car. Highly recommend.

Our car wouldn't start this morning. I called JCL and James was able to come out within a couple hours. When he got there he was able to get it to start but suggested replacing the spark plugs and air filter (which would have already been done if we were better at maintenance). He left to get the parts and came back and replaced everything and the car started normally. He only charged us $90 total for parts and labor and to come to our house twice in one day. I would recommend him to anyone after our first experience, and he'll be the first person we call as soon as we need a mechanic again.

I called to have my car looked at james THE OWNER came out to take a look and only charged $25 to find the problem found out it was a fuel pump he gave me a quote $150 to fix it I said I wanted to look at other options. with no pressure he said OK with a smile and said give me a call if you decide to use my service. long story short he beat all other quotes I got by almost $500 so I called him back he got it done and I got a receipt and a one year warranty!!! if you call anyone else your spending way too much for the service I will be using him for all my car needs thank you james for your professional attitude
