        Overall

        IM NOT SUPRISED to see so many NEGATIVE REVIEWS for this WH location. I myself am a unhappy customer with the treatment and lack of knowledge from management and their business.

        THEY ARE RUDE & INSULTING.

        Management does not not know how to correctly handle customer issues nor do they take responsibility/ have an explanation as in why an item got damaged during the cleaning process. They treat the customer with disrespect and are insulting during the conversation.

        This service location is not professional enough to run a business!!!

        Will Rip You Off and Insult You

        They don't bother to actually dry clean your clothing, they will just steam press it and wrap it up in dry clean bags.

        After a few times, the stench is unbelievable.

        Then they will insult you when you come to pick up your clothing and demand to know how many hours you have been working to look like such sh*t.
