Horrible! Damaged my floor and 6 months later I'm still getting the run around from Dan Saunders. I highly suggest not buying from them!

The salespeople are friendly. I have used them twice and both times the delivery people put large gouges in the in my doors. One time they put a large gouge in my floor, which cannot be repaired without refinishing the entire floor. They could have esasily avoided the damage if they took a few seconds to be careful. The delivery people were completely unaware of what the salesperson promised and did not finish the intallation. They just want to get your payment and get out as quickly as possible.

I would strongly recommend witholding payment for delivery until all promises are met and all damage to property is compensated for. If you ever have a complaint they'll refer you to manager who is never in the office and will not return your calls.



I have the impression that they are planning to go out of business and are trying to get away with anything they can before they close.



I have had excellent service from Home Depot, and their prices are better, too.

We have purchased many appliances from Lavery over the years. In the beginning their service was good but in the last 2 years it has degenerated to almost non-existence. We will not be using them again. Sad to see an old family owned business deteriorate so fast but as they say from rags to riches and back to rags in three generations
