Countryside Dental

Countryside Dental demands to know where you bank and your account number before you even see the dentist, even if you have good insurance, and even if you're in pain. Then you have to wait while they verify with the bank! When you finally see the dentist, if you ask a question he gets an attitude like "how dare you question my ability?" The rest of the staff have the same "we know more than you" attitude.

Stay away! They are only interested in their bank account. They prefer to yank teeth and sell implants. They have an ad for implants on a continuous loop in their office. They told me if I didn't have a molar removed I'd loose all my teeth. When Delta Dental refused to pay for what Delta said was the extraction of a healthy tooth, these guys said, "Delta just needs more information. Don't worry about it." Yeah, right. They have turned me over to a collection agency for failure to pay for them removing a healthy tooth. Now I am out the healthy molar I can never get back PLUS I must pay them for jerking a healthy tooth or they will screw up my credit. It turns out the "dentist" I was trusting has been in trouble with the State of Iowa Dental Board since 2008. According to the Iowa State Board of Dentistry, the "Countryside Dental" dentist who "treated me" was on probation for alcohol and/or other drug abuse when he took my healthy tooth, yet was using alcohol at the time. The "Countryside Dental" dentist who took my healthy tooth has since entered into a consent decree with the State Of Iowa to surrender his license. Yet, I get to pay for the "services" provided by Countryside or they will ruin my credit.



Countryside employs dentists of low standards and is interested only in removing as much as they can from your wallet. Avoid them at all costs.

In my opinion these folks are more interested in their profit margins than their patient's well being.

I have used several dentist over my lifetime, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that the staff at Countryside Dental is the best I have seen. Dr. Krook is outstanding at his trade and the entire staff is nothing short of wonderful. There's always a positive energy in the office and you always feel right at home. I used to dread going to the dentist, but now I actually look forward to going and seeing my friends there! I know; sounds crazy, right? :) Yes, I absolutely recommend Countryside Dental!!!!
