West Covina Car Wash

I wished if Yelp would allow me to not give any stars at all.. However Please beware of this car wash, those guys are complete scammers. I wished if I read those reviews before I do any business with them.

I took my brand new black Dodge Charger car for paint sealant job, and I met with Oscar there, who showed that he doesn't know exactly what a paint sealant for a new car is, and the difference between a new car job, and older car job. that was a big red flag and I should left momentarily.

However, he offered a hand waxing for $60, and complete sealant with the machine for $130 and he promised that all swirls will be gone.

I left the car to be done, and came after few hours to pick up the car, and that guy wasn't there and I met his colleague Daniel. when I checked the car I found a long scratch on the hood that wasn't there before, and the swirls still there. when I talked with Daniel he told me they did a hand wax only, and they can never use a machine on a new black car, and Oscar should knew that from the beginning. I asked for a refund of the difference since they did only a $60 job, but they told me that I should come next day to talk with Oscar himself.

I came next day and I met him, he said that his colleague doesn't know anything and gave me a contradicting story. I told him if you proof that you are right and your colleague is wrong I would have no problem, otherwise I'd ask you to refund the difference. he offered me to show me a surveillance video that shows that my car had been done by a machine, but since his boss is not there he'll send me pictures next day, after few days I didn't get anything from him, so I talked to him on the phone, but he said he can't show me a video, and offered me that he re-do the car by the machine in front of me, so I told him since he lied to me from the beginning, and his colleague said that they would never use a machine on a new and black car, I wouldn't trust them to re-do it, and asked for a refund of the difference. but it ended up by him saying you are not getting anything from me, do whatever you want to do and hung up the phone on me.

If you really love your car, don't let those unprofessional scammers to touch your car ever.
