        No customer service

        If you're looking for customer service, look a little more because you will not find it here. One of their agents, Edgar, will call you at all hours of the night, tell you he is not working for free while making a 10k commission, under estimate your intelligence, then once you close will not even follow up with a single phone call to say "hey we closed". He will tell you he is looking out for your best interest, do not buy into it. He is looking out for his commission. If you need an agent keep looking! There are a lot of agents out there with better customer service. I would not work with anyone from this office ever!
