The adjuster Named Troy is a jerk .He is very nasty acting towards you His boss had already had several meetings with him about his treatment of customers not sure why is stilled employed there makes the business look really bad .

Had minor scratch repainted, only to find out there was trash in the paint. They were professional and took car of the car in 20 minutes.

Have had my sons car for three months, two months overdue the last contact that was made after three months was the feeble apology of a admittedly absent hands off owner, was the threat of arrest by the cowboy boot wearing production manager, who after three months has failed to produce anything! TOTAL disconnection between technicians and management. AVOID THIS PLACE! Technicians work at there own pace based on the insurance company that is paying for repairs, not first come first out! Columbia has many choices for body shops i wish we had made a different one. If however you are looking for someone to Shanghai your vehicle with zero customer service or tact this is your place, but before you do business with theses people buy a good pair of walking shoes you will need them!

Please do not do business with these people. I went to these people thinking they were professionals but they aren't... I took my cat to them dec 1. They told me it would be ready the following Tuesday, well Tuesday rolled around and I did not get a call. So, I called the shop and they did not have my car ready and then Troy the guy who works there told me That it was not gonna be ready the next Tuesday. So, that tuesday rolled around and it wasn't ready or I didn't get a call telling me it wasn't ready. Well I told them that I was going to come up there with law enforcement to see why my car was not ready. Well this guy Kevin called me back and stated that my car would be ready Wednesday at 4:30 they close at 5:00pm I might add. So, I had to take an hour off work and dropped my rental off then get the car.the guy Kevin waited on me and he apologized on Troy behalf however it seemed fake. But I got in my car and everything look great however I got down the road and it felt like my car was about to fall apart when I stopped at a stop light. Then I notice my engine light was on. When I took it to them it wasn't on. I tried calling back to leave a message however they were closed for the day and the mailbox was to full for me to leave a message. Well I will be calling tomorrow morning to let them know about my engine light. I'm just so done with them. Please, please. Please.... I beg you dont waste your time.

Waited three weeks to get my truck back after being hit by a police chase, no repairs had been done during this time, and I am called to come in a pick it up to take it to a ford dealership.
