HandyPro of Philadelphia

We had a sub contractor from Handypro (John Santini) come to our house to install interior french doors in our living room, which is now an office/living room. Paid for the french doors/blinds for the room. The contractor came to the house & put the doors in. We then realized these were outside doors and not interior doors. We went to look a the progress & realized there is a big bump in the floor now, along with a metal piece. The contractor blamed us for not knowing this (we were never told) and basically we should have told him before hand or before we installed (we NEVER saw the doors). The contractor said he would put a wood piece on the frame to save the look of it. After 2 months of emails back & forth, I stated I didn't want him coming. The owner of the company came to the house 2 months later with a red insert piece. The color doesn't match at all. He said he could take another piece of wood from our house with him. I said we are not doing that. He suggested us then buying another set of interior doors.

Visually the doors look horrible in our living room/office. Our entire house has been redone & this visually looks horrible. We paid over $1500 for doors, labor & blinds. I advised the owner we are done with this company (David Fink--Area Owner)
