Penn Ridge Transportation

Best Buy apparently uses this company for their deliveries in the Nky & Cincinnati area. Do not allow them to deliver any purchases you make. We had a delivery time between 1:00 and 3:00. No one showed up. When I called Penn Ridge transportation I was told they tried to deliver twice that day, once at 11 and again at 2. I was home all day and no one showed up. Customer service with this company was horrid!!! If you purchase from Best Buy it will be worth your time and extra money to rent a truck and pick it up yourself. I am rating this company a 1 star ONLY because it won't allow me to pick ZERO.
