Arcana Advising, LLC offers Meditation and Personal Coaching, Spiritual advising, Tarot Reading and Advising, by appointment, in person, by phone, or by video chat. My mission and vision is to advise my clients towared their best possible path and self, through better understanding and awareness of their situation, and themselves. Meditation is the practice of taming the mind. Benefits of meditation may include stress relief, anger management, reduction in anxiety, improved awareness and focus, cognitive ability, sense of “connection” and overall greater sense of well being, which may also lead to general improved health, performance, relationships , and quality of life .Every great athlete has a coach for their sport, and muscles, how much more so do you use your mind? My Meditation Coaching and Advising focuses on individual issues encountered, discipline and techniques to improve practice. Tarot Readings and Advising will provide interpretive and intuitive readings to give insight to the clients present and near future situation, and to offer advice and guidance with the goal of reaching the best possible future. Astrology charting takes the clients birth date, and personally calculates and interprets to provide a personality profile, compatibilities, qualities of favorable times and dates.
