I love this place and the owner is so sweet. I definitely recommend this car wash..

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I purchased their most expensive car wash package, waited forever and they didn't even vacuum my car or give me an air freshener. I tried calling them to discuss what a poor job they did but no one will answer or return the voicemails I left. Very very poor work and customer service.

Do all of your research people! They currently have an F rating with the BBB and are under investigation for not assuming liability to cars damaged while INSIDE of the wash. BEWARE!!!

Tonight I went in to have my brand new Mazda CX5 washed. I have had it a grand total of 2 weeks and I absolutely love it and I stare at it lovingly every time I am close to it. I notice every smudge, every water spot. I recently purchased the monthly unlimited great white car wash club, because I seriously notice every spot of dust that hits my beautiful red car. Two days ago, I went through the car wash and hand dried every inch of her pristine paint job. Tonight, I went through the car wash and when I pulled in to hand dry it, I found a long thin scratch on the hood by the drivers side. I went to get the owner and asked him what do I do if the car wash scratched my car. I explained to him that it was brand new and there was not a mark on it before I went in. He treated me like I was an absolute idiot. He said it probably happened in Walmart parking lot. He treated me like I was a silly woman who couldn't possibly know what she was talking about. He said maybe it was dirty before and now that it was clean I was seeing it for the first time. WRONG! I just wiped the hood off earlier in the day. He came over looked at my car and kept saying, I GUARANTEE it was not in my car wash. There is Nothing in there that would cause that. Imagine my horror, when we walked around the car and identical scratch was on the other side of the hood. I felt like I was going to be sick. The more I explained to him that the scratches were not there when I went into his car wash the more he doubled down on the fact that he GUARANTEED that it wasn't from his car wash. He just said, I don't know what caused it, and that it was weird, but nothing else. He could tell I was clearly upset and he just turned around and walked away from me and left me standing beside my brand new beautiful car that now how scratches on the hood, that were not there before. I have never even driven my car through another car wash. DO NOT TAKE A CAR THAT YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS PLACE. I am devastated.

I went here the first time and got the $3 car was which I get in Z-hills all the time and it's great. But here I was left with bugs all over, they said they don't guarantee getting all that off unless you pay more. So next time I paid the $30 price and was very disappointed. They said it was done but when i got in they hadnt wiped anything down inside & they said I had to pay for the $30 car wash so I showed them I had. They finished it up. After completing They didn't vacume or do any Windows in the very back. Since they never opened the back door they didn't see all the foam that had filled up in there. All other windows were smeared, still bugs on the front and the rims were still covered in break dust. The door jams were not wiped. The dash was half wiped. I'll never go back and won't encourage anyone I know to go there. Oh, the older man that seems to run the place is not very personable or the least bit friendly at all.
