        I can't get over the fact that the TV service they make available to their tenants has no program guide -- online, onscreen or on hard copy. Since television is the mainstay for many if not most of their residents this was an astonishing discovery, and continues to trouble my mother, who lives there. Satellite TV or other TV options are disallowed.
