Made an appointment with Joey, via phone,to have thermostat replaced and got nothing but a $60 bill to tell me that his diagnoses was to have thermostat replaced. They're rude. After walking to wellington to have lunch w friends and heard unpleasant experiences from 10 people. They didn't care to keep plans for repair that was discussed via phone and noted on my bill 'customer declined repair/parts. Joey was the one who said 'um, I doubt I can even find a thermostat today' and I assumed that he did succeed because they had my car for 3 hours. They don't care for customers, they apparently don't need us , they're on cruise controll.

I attempted to buy a vehicle from this GM dealer. I asked for a price out the door. Then the paperwork I received had hidden financing fees on it. Also, the vehicle was listed on their website as "GM Certified", but they would not honor it. Said that it was not certified. I encourage you to shop elsewhere when looking for a new or used GM vehicle. There are plenty of honest dealers out there. This is not one of them.
