First they are NOT BB A+, they are not BB accredited. Measurements done by two 20 year olds. Installation people incorrectly cut sink cut out.......no longer can under mount sink now we have to place on top. Sold 89 year old Mother a granite top for her dining room break front ???????? We contracted for kitchen countertops only.......they claim Mother OK'd top for breakfront, I was there measurement day and did not ask for that top. Boss, Kevin claims his people asked her and she said yes......duh......Mother is deaf !!!! The cheated her and it is too bad, charged her credit card $300 for that top. Dishonest and chest the elderly. Run, don't walk away from these scammers.

Great customer service and very quick (within 7 days) installation! Price beat everyone around and installers were extremely knowledgeable and accurate

Inaccurate estimate measurements result in BAD ESTIMATES!!! Poor customer service and bad installation practices. Be extremely careful when doing business with this company. The day before installation the price increased almost $400! Uneven counters at seams, no caulking between counters and cabinets or surrounding walls. When mentioned we were told it's because we're putting in a tile backsplash. This is far from our first granite installation but will be the last with this company. Our job was put off so salesman could get his personal job done. This was told to us by the owner! The day of installation when it was discovered the wrong sink was installed we were told to take it or leave it! REALLY? A week before Christmas! If you dare do business with this company, DEMAND an accurate estimate and install date. Deal only with the owner JP, not salesman Dan. We experienced his lies on several occassions.
