This company is clueless, especially Jason. A plug should not overhang a bevel on a mirror. That's an oops. They tried telling me that it's normal. No its not its looks stupid. Not only does the plug cover stick out from the bevel but your covering up the bevel. My family has been doing glass for 40 years in so cal. No clue people!!

Good people to work with. We have had a good business experience with them. They take care of business.

Company does not stand behind product. Sold me a Aquatex glass for shower. Installed on 12/9/15. My neighbor came over that night and advised they could see right thru the window. Called Company 12/10 and was told they could sell me another window, they will not come out to check the defect or replace it. Even suggested I get a shower curtain to go over the window. wow thanks for the awesome solution.

Buyer Beware. Does not stand behind products they sell. Very poor customer service. Save yourself the headaches of doing business with this company. There are other glass business with a much better reputation.
