Reeves Mow Better

I had a lawn tractor and two push mowers picked up by Reeves Mowers and it took months before I got them back,...when I did I find they left them out in the weather rain and all ,my tractor seat got wet and dried and separated from the frame the two push mowers came back and neither one of them would start,so their driver( with a bum foot ) picked them both up in his trailer and took them back and said " this is on them"...not sure what that meant....so i waited ,and waited and called, no answer, a few days later called again no answer ,this went on & on for a few weeks or so still no answer.........this was at least two years ago or more, so I gave up figuring I'll never get back my two push mowers ....I will NEVER use this establishment again....I bought them for two push mowers

Very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions. When I came back to drop off my mower to be fixed they treated me like they knew me forever. Now my mower runs like a champ! I will be a returning customer.

Took my mower in for repair AFTER it had been in another shop for repair and was not fixed. They were very friendly and explained to me it would be 2 weeks wait. I got it back in 2 weeks and it runs like new. Thanks for getting the job done right.

Took mower in in April for simple repair Never heard from them for over 4 weeks. Phoned them to inquire as to the status of repair and they could not tell me whether it had been done or not at that time. Said they would phone me as soon as they knew something. A week later I drove there with a trailer to pick up my machine. It was repaired but when I inquired as to why I had not received a phone call, the woman at the counter got rude with me as if I was being unreasonable with my inquiry. This lack of communication is unacceptable for any service business and I will never return again.

Very friendly people, fixed my chainsaw in a few days. Chainsaw runs better than it did when it was new. Great job Reece! Great turn around and very reasonable rates. I will definitely be a return customer.
