They thought they could play me stupid by saying that the pink hamburger meat was not undercooked it was stained by peppers. I never saw peppers turn hamburger meat the color of raw meat.

My husband and daughter ate at Pecina's one evening and the waitress took an additional $10 in tips from our card without permission. When we called to question the transaction, the manger stated she would look into the situation and call right back. The owner called within 5 mins and said that he has a problem with his waitresses taking additional tip money and that he was working on fixing the problem. I explained that I would file a police report against the girl because this is the second time this has happened to us. He agreed that we should. He then called within another 5 mins and stated that the waitress in question no longer worked there and that it wasn't my business as to who she was. I explained that the only other thing I knew to do was file a police report against him since he wouldn't release her name and his reply was "You call them and tell them to come see me".
