        They are unprofessional and he...

        They are unprofessional and heartless. They couldn't deliver flowers I ordered for a funeral and instead of calling to tell me sent an email the day of the actual event....As if I would be reading emails that day!!!! So I am calling to find out about flowers when I should have been with family and when I reach them the next day....there is no regret or apology.
