DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!! I had a bogus charge with wrongful restitution attached to the charges. I was never charged for the accusations which was verified by the police report, investigation, and pictures. Upon the advice of this attorney was advised to take a plea which included paying restitution. In which he stated that he would force the plaintiff to file a claim in order to prove insurance fraud vs paying the restitution. I agreed to this against my better judgment and verbalized to him why I did not want to agree to the plea but trusted his legal advise.
He lied to an officer of the court regarding text messages and phone conversations/voice mails regarding the restitution agreement and failed to follow up with the DA in regards to making the plaintiff file a claim.
I then continued to try and contact him via email, phone, and text for 2 months and got no response back. I did call the secretary and was told that "his email is down". I feel he is very unprofessional and lacks of his ethics, honesty, trustworthiness and professionalism. I ADVISE TO SEEK OTHER COUNCIL!!!!!!!
