Buchanan Auto Park

If only i had checked with the BBB before the purchase, i would have seen the "F" rating for this dealer. I purchased a car for my daughter on 6/22, drove it 8 miles and had to take it back for repairs. Also, it had no inspection sticker, but they assured me this was an oversight and would be dealt with promptly. Well, they still have the car, do not return my calls and after 25 days I'm going insane. HATE THIS PLACE - DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE.

My wife and i purchased a van here last year and again we got great service from max and chuck on a 2011 jeep patriot which was my dream unit i wanted one i liked the looks ride and everything about a patriot anyways we got a good deal which is in our budget chuck and max are so cool this dealership makes us feel like they are family!we may not buy anymore cars for awhile but when we do its buchanan for sure.

find other reviews on this place there not to good if you have problems and they wont help you and satisffy you call CSI 1800-992-1997!

I would say if you are looking for a lemon buy here! Otherwise go somewhere else! THEY DO NOT KNOW THEIR ASSES FROM A HOLE IN THE GROUND!
