Michael Kors

Today a member of my family was treated in a sub-human way. I understand that being Valentines Day and all things get a bit fast, however Michael Kors being such a high end retailer should be able to handle this and more. She was treated like if ahe was there to beg for an item and almost had to so someone could take care of her, she was passed around line if ahe had a plague. I seriously think that the reason was because she is of latin decent. I guess all three ladies thought she could not afford a matching set of shoes for her new bag.

Michael Kors should spend more time training employees in this particular store to secure client retention. I rather go to another location than walking in there again.
