Alpha Appliance

Please please please do not use this company!!!! My LG Oven/stove broke, so I called LG and they referred me to this company. They stated that they would be at my house Thursday 10-4. My husband and I both work full time, so I had to make arrangements to have someone stay at our house and wait for Alpha to show up. It got to about 3pm the day that they were supposed to arrive, so I was worried something might had happened, since they didnt arrive. So I called and got the driver telling me that he tried calling me and I didnt pick up so he decided NOT to come. They did not leave me any message stating anything like this. I told them that I am working, and that they did tell me that they would come between 10-4, even confirmed day prior. Then the guy, Ricky, went off being extremely disrespectful, horrible!!! I called my husbamd, he called and had the same experience with them. We made a complaint with LG as well as better business. I am not sure how they are running a business like this
