It has a guidance department consisting of counselors and psychologists who look into emotional and social needs of students. The facilities provided by the school include a library, science and computer laboratories, and playgrounds. It offers career education in business and technology, family sciences, and technical education. Its arts department provides instruction in fine and performing arts, band, choir, dance, theater, orchestra and dance. Wayland High School is operated by the Wayland Union Schools system.

        Terrible school!!!! Don't send your child. This school is just a school district that doesn't care and will make put your child on drugs! You kid will get into bad habits. They just want your money they say that it helps the kids when really they go and send all yo
