Dewayne and crew were very up-front about pricing and time of service. Did not try to up-sell me on services I did not need. Jackie performed my Tacoma alignment with me watching. He knows his stuff and has the latest tools and equipment. Also did an oil change while I was there using my own oil and filter (most will not do this). They also do other auto repair, and quoted a reasonable price for strut replacement on my wife's Scion. I have been looking for a good auto repair shop in Waxahachie- I think I have found one.

I give them 1 star only because it won't let me give them no or negative stars. This shop is a RIP off like I have never seen. I took my 2009 maxima there for power steering leaking. After most of the day of them having my car he calls me up tells me he found the leak...needs new power steering pump, rack n pinion, unibelt cause old one was pretty bad shape. Of course he had to order the parts instead of me finding one and taking it to them. He charges me 900 alone for rack n pinion. Needless to say after 5 days of them having my car he says it's all done he just wanted to keep it one more night to make sure there aren't any leaks....well dont u know it I go to pick up the car and only after paying 1690.50 for my power steering leak to be fixed he tells me that I need a new hose as that is where the leak most likely was...told me the hose cost him 200 plus 3 hours labor to put it on. That's another 400 and the kicker of it is he told me nothing of a leaky hose in the beginning it was all the other expensive parts with 600 of labor to put them on. Needless to say I opted not to have them put it on and charge me even more money because i talked to a mechanic and he told me they should have tested that first or it could have happened when they put the other parts back on. So i ask him that and he said no it was the source of the leak....isnt that funny after having me pay for other parts first that only after tearing down system and putting new stuff in now the hose leaked....moral to my story is 1650 dollars and I leave with a power steering leak.

I took my car there for a repair after I received an estimate. My car was there for 3 weeks because it's an older car and they were trying to get all the parts...understandable. They then call the day it's done and inform me that my car is finished and it'll be $1,000.00 over the original estimate! I know that the estimate is just that...an estimate. But $1,000.00 is a huge difference and no one bothered to inform me until the day it was done...after they'd had it for 3 weeks. The only remedy I got was that they covered the tax, but I still can't understand what kind of business would not at the very least keep you apprised of escalating cost...especially when it's that extreme. I will never go back and warn others...don't bother with the estimate, because it did me absolutely no good.
