Countryside Animal Clinic

My boxer, Sophie, had her entire head ran over by a 1 ton truck on Monday at 9 pm. We called the office and the doctor on call called us back in less than 5 minutes. She is an excellent vet, who has been attentive and caring for our Sophie. It is now sunday and not only has Duncan called everyday this week to check on Sophie's progress to report to the vet but 3 days he called twice. Also, I have texted the doctor 3 times this weekend and she has promptly texted me back to help me through the concerns I had for my dog. She has gone above and beyond and so has their staff. Doc, thank you so much for taking such extraordinary care of my Sophie!!! P.S. from a financial perspective, this place is more than reasonable. They don't over charge. They care more about your animal than making a dollar!!

I found the medicine my dog takes for arthritis on petmeds far cheaper than the office charged. When I asked for a prescription written, they said it would be $12.00 with no refills and $12.00 thereafter for every prescription written. Yeah, I won't be going back after 8 years of my dedicated service to them.

Do NOT go here for veterinary services. The staff is absolutely terrible. They lie to you about what they're going to do, don't do it, then lie about what they haven't done. Then when I explained the situation to Dr. Spiess, he did nothing about it and didn't care. If you don't want to be treated terribly, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
