Waukesha Storage

Very nice self storage facility - very clean. Don, the on site manager, was very professional. He showed us a couple different size units and helped us decide what was best for us. I would use their service again if I needed storage.

I realize that I am about 2 months late in giving this review but here it is!

This was the first time that I have ever used a storage facility.



The employees that I occasionally worked with were excellent...answered every question and spoke to every concern I had and made me feel right at home, after all it was my 'home full of things' that they were storing.



I had an inside climate controlled unit not too far from the entrance. My concern was critters getting in to my unit because I was storing mattresses, a couch and dressers full of clothing. The place was immaculate! I stored my things here for 2 years! The day that I moved out of there and into an apt was a bitter sweet day...the sweet was that I had DRY AND CLEAN belongings to enjoy once again...the bitter was that I was having to say good-by to people who felt like friends. The sure do know and practice great customer service, and always with a smile.



Would I recommend this storage facility....YES AND WITH OUT HESITATION OF ANY KIND!

Waukesha storage facility is a great place to store your belongings! The facility is very clean! I also like that you have key code access to the site. I had my belongings there for a little over a year before I moved into my new home. I highly recommend this storage facility.
