With winter coming on and knowing I had a boiler nearly 40 years old I knew I had to do something. Bruce met with me to review the options, my current heating system, and what my needs were. As I knew his company has a great deal of experience I was confident in using their services. Once the system was selected we scheduled the installation for a time that would work and within two days the new system was in place. Bruce checked in with me to make sure everything was running well and that I was happy with the purchase. I found his employees to be friendly and conscientious about their work.

Very very impressed with this company! The owner himself answered my call and came over immediately when I told him my situation of being without heat and alone and not knowing what to do. He was there with 20 minutes. Reassuring me everything would be ok. Not only did they get my furnace up and running they did much needed work that had been neglected. They also got my basement light going lol. The two workers were awesome. They kept me informed to what they were doing . They were respectful to my situation. I thank you so much. I now have a new Plumber / Heating Specialist that will be taking care of all my future needs.

Bruce answered his phone himself promptly when I called him and came out the same day to fix our old air conditioner on the hottest day of the year! I was very impressed and will definitely call him again the next time the old beast gives out. I will also call him when it's time to install a new one!

I thought he did a good job, he was also the only plumber to call me back after calling about 5 of them listed in the Yellow Pages. Did very good work, took a little longer than expected, but came in under what was quoted, so all in all very good plumber and I will be using him again.

Bruce takes pride in his work, every job is given his utmost attention. He installed a boiler-mate to my furnace this summer and it has saved me a bundle!! Thanks Bruce, you're the best!!

He is fast and very good at what he does. He is polite,courteous and very respectful.Very good rates for the service he provides. I will use him on anyother projects i come into.Just an all around good business man.
