Very friendly service desk! They put in 5-30w Instead of 5-20w. It's a Saturn Vue V6 AWD. It requires ONLY 5-20W OIL. It's posted on the Oil inlet in Big Letters and all over the Saturn service manuals. I had $2000+ service work done and Not even a Car wash like Saturn always did. At this location there is a car wash next door. I Don't mind the $2000 price tag BUT what about customer satisfaction. We wonder why things are going down hill.
