They obviously don't have competition. They don't work on Saturday, unheard of in the Real Estate biz. The young lady who showed me the apartment was late for the appointment, saw me walking up, didn't greet me with a handshake and headed straight to unlock the door, she went inside and didn't say a word, I had to be the one to talk first. She didn't tell me about the place. They listed it with 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom when it's the opposite. They don't list the square footage on apartment ads which is a basic thing to do. They only gave me one key, too lazy to have copies made. I always get two keys at other places.
They are not tenant friendly. They basically say if there are any problems you get a 3 day eviction. When you move out, they require you to pay a professional carpet cleaner and give them a receipt. I have never heard of such a thing. They should be taking care of this. There is a long list of detailed cleaning charges like $5 if they have to wash the bathroom mirror. Ridiculous.
