I love this place!!!! They not only educate you, they actually take the time to listen to you. I felt better in just two office visits knowing that they cared than I did in over twenty some years going to an orthopaedic group.

When I first came to Dr. Silversteins office my left arm and hands were numb. I was losing the use of them. I had pain between my shoulders and lower back pain. Dr. Silverstein examined me and took x-rays which showed I had several subluxations. He recommended a program to correct the subluxations. After two and a half months treatment I have very little numbness in my arm and hand. My back pain has decreased tremendously. I feel like doing things that I have not done in years. I look forward to feeling even better with continued treatment to correct my sublaxations.

The staff is sweet as pie during your initial visit until they get you sold on their overpriced treatment plans. Once they get you to sign on the dotted line and you are "locked in" their staff quickly turns to catty school girls, unwilling to assist patients. The Doctors refer you to the clerical staff to get you onto the machines to correct spine issues. You then have to stand around in pain while the catty staff finishes up their latest text or game on their cell phones. It is my opinion that Dr. Becky intentionally does shotty adjustments to cause additional pain in patients in an attempt to sell additional future services. The business is run as a human factory, they just want to get you in and out and collect a quick paycheck for themselves. They have no interest in the patients or getting them out of pain.

My experience with Northern Lights was great. Every time I got adjusted I immediately felt a difference. I stand straighter, left better and had such a relief of my back and neck pain. I would recommend everyone to get chiropractic care, even if it's just to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
