Mattress Express

Had a great sales person Teresa in Oneida, NY. says it will be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday. and now here it is Thursday and still hasn't shipped and they "can't do anything about it" at the store to see whats going on. Just told me to wait for it to be shipped. Soooo you CAN tell me it will be shipped Monday or Tuesday, but CAN'T tell me why it wasn't actually shipped at that time. I wish I did some research first before going there, but they were the only mattress place in Oneida where my family lives. Just beware if you are buying and waiting on a mattress in the mail for weeks. The people in the store will be useless to be able to help you see what is going on with the actual shipment. So here my family is just waiting for a bed that seems to never be coming.

I had bought a bunk bed less than a year ago and the side rail split while my daughter was climbing up the ladder. I've been calling for days for either a replacement part or another set. I keep getting from them they cannot get ahold of the manufacturer for the warranty because they are only a third party, seriously! Meanwhile my daughter is sleeping on a mattress on the floor! Strongly wish I paid more at a furniture store!
