Conley's Rental Management

This company makes me sick. They will do anything they can to take your deposit even if you uphold the property either minor issues. They will be dishonest and say previous damages were caused by you even if they weren't. They will not fix serious issues. Pipes burst in the apartment above ours and the ceiling was completely damaged and we were told they would paint over it... Nevermind the mold growing inside the ceiling. They are liars and cheats. Do whatever you can to rent from someone else because they will just try to screw you out of money in the end.

Don't rent,sell or buy from them, find a reputable realtor for your real estate needs. Had to give one star, but if able I would have given negative stars.

Great company to deal with. Super nice lady that works in the office was easy to work with.

This company cannot get anything done. My mother fell down one of the basement stairs and had to go to the hospital and they did absolutely nothing. The stairs in both the attic and basement are broken and have caused multiple falls. The basement also has mushrooms all over and black mold. Their employees refuse to fix the problems they just fix them just enough to make it another week before it breaks again. The oven turns on and off by itself and is such a hazard. One of the employees "fixed" it, and promised to bring the part we needed for it. The employee came back handed us the knob and left. It didn't even fit and the guy had already left. NEVER GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! You will lose more money than you can save. All and all a very terrifying nightmare.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They managed my property for three years while I was out of the country. During this time I was never notified of major damages done to my house by the first tenants that Conley's supposedly screened. I came home to at least $10,000 dollars in repairs and maintenance that was never done and I still have not fixed everything. Under our contract they were to notify us of damages and inspect the property when tenants left. Some of the damages are as follows burn marks in carpets, coloring on the walls, trash all over yard, trash left in house, there were mouse traps in every cabinet, ant infestation, burn marks on deck, electrical wires cut, dog urine in laundry room, missing property, damages to fence, damages to pool, and damages to my fire places. I returned in February to a leaking roof and a falling down chimney I was never notified of. The worst part is security deposits were collected from at least one tenant but none of the damages were repaired. I am just thankful I was not gone longer because I would not have had a house to come back to, The only thing they did in fact do is collect the rent,, maybe that deserves one star. If you like your house go with someone else.
