I called in the morning and spoke to a woman who said to come in that afternoon and someone would be available to help me. When I showed up a few hours later and a man met me and invited me into his office. As soon as he learned that I had a few questions and was self employed he decided he was "too busy" to help me. He said "you know I have my own mortgage business too and I just don't have the time for you." I gladly took my business elsewhere. I went right down the street to Souriall Williams & Ass. where they were happy to have my business. My taxes were prepared while I chatted with a wonderful lady named Trina. She filed my taxes promptly that same day.
