I took my 10 and 3 year old for their 6 month cleaning and everything about the visit was great. The wait wasn't long, Eboney got us right on in the back once we signed in and did paperwork. The DA Chrissie took them back with conversation and giggles and compliments which they loved! Both hygienist Carrie and Antonia were great with my girls! Especially my three year old who decided to scream and kick the entire time. Antonia never lost patience and kept trying along with Carrie helping to calm her down. My ten year old needed minor work done which they were happy to do the same day to avoid me having to make a return trip. Andrea and Dr. Reimer were wonderful!! My ten year old loved them and how nice they were. She had no complications or discomfort at all! Love this place and will continue to take my kids there.

Every time I go there they clean the teeth fine and quickly but when you have to wait for a doctor at the end it takes 2 to 3 hours of waiting. Everybody I know says the same thing and now my kids and I don't want to go there. I always have to leave eqrly with my children before even seeing the doctor after treatment. I understand that that there are more patients but I was told that there was only one doctor in the building.the last three times I have gone to Kool Smiles. I hope the facility can figure out something to solve this problem. Thank you.

first visit had a very thurough cleaning!!! staff was extremly nice apt took alittle longer but was so worth it for what i got thank u adriana and felicia .. i never do reviews but had yo write this

Kyle was awesome! He took great care of my daughter who was scared. Dr. Patel was also great with her.

My kids used to go to a different office niw they come here to kool and they love it!!! my son asks three weeks ahead when are we finally going....

I've been bringing my kids here since my oldest was 2 years old and never had a bad experience. The staff is always nice and my kids love coming here. My oldest chipped his front tooth last summer and looking at him you can never tell. They did an amazing job w/ his filling.

My daughter loves coming here. My daughter gets so excited. She can't wait to come to her appointments. When its time to leave she is already asking when we're coming back... she even went to bed early ths day before her appt cause she couldn't wait to go to her appt. Awesome place!

Love this place. My oldest is 7 years old and we have been to 2 different places and we had such a hard time. But here she lives coming in and getting things done. Almost seems as if the staff were prek teachers. They are amazing!!! And now my 3 yr old let's them work on her. They both lI've coming here. I can get them to leave. Thank you for such a great staff!!!
