Kimmy's Homemaker Companion Agency

Very low class company. The guy coordinating the hours is a heartless man. He'll call your confused elder relative and manipulate them to accept whatever garbage combination of allotted companion visits that are only geared to making the company money and not geared with the client in mind like they claim on the quality assurance list of promises on their website. They also state that they sometimes have to assign a second companion to one client if the client has many hours and seven day a week assigned. They say that your loved one will be matched up with the perfect companion to fit the needs to avoid a parade of companions. Yet they turn around and do just what they promised not to do. They WILL assign a parade of 3 companions to client that only has five days care approved. That sounds like the "parade" they claim you won't get stuck with. They're also missing the class of other agencies. The companions and home makers don't get informed about their clients before they go out or even on the first visit. Forget about them bothering to document important things they won't even know to report behavior changes, your loved one will be overdosing on their medications and no one will report it. It's a real dissapointing uncaring dump.

These people have no compassion and are in this just for the money. They put up a good front but I now know not to trust the care of my mom wit this company
