Although accommodation with Express appointment greatly appreciated, l was subjected to dismissive and disrespective treatment, naysayer rather than assistance, lack of wifi to correct lack of Polish character in English , having have to find wifi Starbuck connection in Dupont Circle, that extended my 8am appointment to 11am. In addition l had to wait 1 hr freezing at the closed gate as the Oficer took off. On my question why she did not inform me to return after 10am, She responded She did not have to explain herself to me, compromising customer service quality and demeaning proper Polish culture. Unfiortunate.
